About this service

CCTV is most useful when someone is watching and able to act on what they see. Monitoring can be carried out on site by an officer, or arranged as part of a wider security package.

CCTV captures personal data, so it must be used for a clear purpose, with proper signage and secure handling of recordings. We discuss these points with you as part of any arrangement.

Where it is used

  • Commercial premises with existing CCTV systems
  • Construction sites and compounds
  • Car parks and yards
  • Gatehouses and control points

What it gives you

  • Live observation by an officer able to respond
  • Incidents logged and reported to you
  • Attention to data protection from the start

How to arrange it

Tell us about your existing system, the areas covered and when you need monitoring. We will confirm what can be provided and how it will work in practice.
